Gelatin Jello

Need a container with 4 cup capacity.

  1. Pour 1/2 cups cold water into container
  2. Add 2 packets (2 Tbsp) of gelatin (recommended brands are Knox or Great Lakes)
  3. Heat 1-1/2 cups of water to rolling boil
  4. Add boiling water to container
  5. Stir container contents well
  6. Add 2 cups of juice to container.
  7. Stir container contents well
  8. Place in refrigerator to set for 24 hours.
