SCD Pie Crust

Ingredients:

  1. 1 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
  2. 1/2 cup almond flour
  3. 6 pitted dates
  4. 3 Tbsp of coconut oil
  5. 1 egg (optional)
  6. 1 tsp vanilla (optional)
  7. Pinch of salt (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Blend in food processor until ingredients are well mixed and stick together.
  2. Line Pie plate with Parchment Paper
  3. Press the crust into the pie plate.
  4. Insert filling
