SCD Pie Crust
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cup unsweetened coconut
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 6 pitted dates
- 3 Tbsp of coconut oil
- 1 egg (optional)
- 1 tsp vanilla (optional)
- Pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions:
- Blend in food processor until ingredients are well mixed and stick together.
- Line Pie plate with Parchment Paper
- Press the crust into the pie plate.
- Insert filling
