Salsa

Ingredients:

  • 3-4 heirloom tomatoes
  • 1/4 of a red onion
  • 3/4 of a green pepper (optional)
  • 2 jalapenos
  • 1/4 cup cilantro
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • 2 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp ground cumin
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 bunch of garlic chives (optional)
  • Salt & pepper to taste (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Place jalapeno, garlic, chives & cilantro in food processor & pulse until finely ground.
  2. Add lemon, olive oil, cumin, salt & pepper to food processor.
  3. Add red onion, green pepper and tomatoes. Use pulse function to reach desired consistency.
